Toby was converted in 1985 while at university, soon after God led him to Outreach International in London. In 1994 Toby joined the leadership team in Melbourne. Toby and his wife Bronwyn currently live in Brisbane where they lead the church community as well as the communities in Perth and Sydney.
Toby & Bronwyn have three married kids, and have recently become grandparents.
