Joel joined the leadership team in 2017 and currently leads the Australian communities in Brisbane, Sydney and Perth, as well as our Southeast Asia communities in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
Joel and his wife Cathryn have three children, two in primary school and one in high school.
