Living for God’s Pleasure

Our ordinary lives can and should please God. That is what each of us was created for. It was the motivation for Jesus’ life and death and the Way that He invites each of us to walk with Him. Yet what often distracts me is the pursuit of what pleases me. The key is to behold God and all that He is, allowing His love to transform me and choose to fulfil the desires of my heart…. to love God as He loves me.
