God’s call is followed by His equipping promises which He gives us to believe and live in. In the first chapter of Jeremiah we see God doing just that – telling Jeremiah that He will be with him, rescue him and has given him His words. God invites us to join Him in faithful expectation of seeing all His words fulfilled in and through our lives, knowing He is in control. But He needs our willingness and obedience. Jeremiah’s life inspires us to believe, embrace and live by God’s words to us.
