Mary’s response was not practical, financially prudent nor the social norm… but it was a genuine authentic expression of her love and value of Jesus and who He was to her. For Mary loved and valued Jesus above everything else for who He was and not what He did for her. By God’s grace and the power of His holy Spirit within us, we can all love as we are first loved by God
